Dear sir,

Don't buy Hyndaicar I was purchased Grand I10 CRDI on 16 Sep 2015, Two months earlier, cheating the warranty terms and very poor servicing, Not solve the complaints, Just do the water service and change the oil, the complaint remain same, they reply can't do anything that was manufactured default.

I was received the phone from hyundai today for feed back for hyundai car purchased on April 2016. In this call first greetings not guds to you have the time to talk now and starting the question This guy is speaking very fast only I don't clear the answer and only last word I was understanding year or no and this call is so long almost 25 minutes and almost 70 to 80 question . This call received on holidays.

I requested you stopped this type of calls either I escalate the matter next level.

In feed back you asking almost 70 to 80 question it is not logical.

In call i am asking the complaint mail id for hyundai they cut the phone immediately.

I appreciate you for give the positive reply.

HYUNDAI Has provided me a defective car and they are trying to come out this case.
I lost 10 lakhs because of this issue may be more.
On 11/02/2017 at my Home I started my car I heard the cranking noise and within 3 secs I heard a loud noise from my car it started burning. I immediately switched off the car and got down with the help of my neighbours. I can still hear the cranking noise from my.
Me, my family and my neighbors started poring water and sand on the car to stop the fire but we couldn't stop the fire spreading all over the front portion of my car.

Immediately, I called the Fire Service Department in my area and they helped us from the fire.
I contacted Hyundai customer care to report the incident and after 2 hours they sent me the flat bed vehicle to toe my car. I called FPL Hyundai and reported the same Five people came home to inspect the car and I requested them that I need a replacement car as the car is still under warranty.

They said that only after the insurance agent rectifies the car completely they provide only the claimable amount not a replacement. This car is no safer for Humans. I would not suggest any of my friends and relatives to buy this unsafe car. I'm still not able to forget the scene my mom crying outside seeing the car bursting and I was sitting inside with my dad. I requesting you to kindly do the needful and provide me a brand new car with full safety and quality check.I also need some compensation for this hassle as when the car caught fire when my neighbor tried open the bonnet along with the Fire department he broke his hand so that I could also help his family.

I sent this email on Feb2017 still no response from HYUNDAI.
Insurance people still holding this case dont know what is the reason behind.
I have also paid 30k advance last month for a new car taxes which FPL Hyundai promised me last month that they will provide me a new car in a week still no response.

We bought an i20 elite car from fpl hyundai tambaram and paid an extra amount by mistake. But they are now not returning that extra amount and they keep on cheating us for nearly 2 months. Is it that difficult for them to return our amount to us? Also, they are not giving us car cover which they promised to give as compliment. Also, the seat cover they have put for our new car is of very cheap quality and they cheated us in this too. We're totally disappointed with fpl hyundai. Worst dealers ever met!

I own a santo xing x0 car. October 16th evening, i gave it for service related to engine vaulve. Initially they told that it can be fixed with 15k. I left it for service. Later they told it will come around 18k. I said ok. Then in one week, and told that it would cost 25k. I told that for fixing the vaulve 25k is too much and then agreed. Also asked them to send the spares changed.

They delivered my car by 9th of november only. And i paid 27k. That too after i swiped my card the driver left, then only i noticed, the battery was not connected. I was not able to start the car. Since car was not used for around one month, the battery gone down. After i charged my battery it started. After fixing my battery, i saw my ac vent switch button is broken, car door handle is broken. And parking light switch is disconnected, horen is not working. Some of the bulbs are not working. Even polishing was not done. And lot of the spares they changed are intentionally broken.

Advisor is not responsive. After told all these, he told that we don't do anything with that.

I don't know how to deal with it. I think fpl hyundai has to take care of this. I think this is because of the advisor is not the correct person. I called service centre and told all the above. They told with in an hour, someone will call regarding this. Again the same advisor is calling me again.

Can anyone help me how to deal with this legally.

I purchased a car asta o on last month 20 before delivery that sales women she's name is sangeetha has give a commitment of giving vehicle accesories free and she's telling other dealer are giving fake commitment. On the delivery day she didn't give any free accesories after two days i call her she didn't response me don't buy any car in fpl hyundai showroom please. Manager also a culprit for that girl

I have booked hyundai creta in ambattur fpl e plus… They have promised me to fix reverse parking sensor in the lcd given.. On the delivery day today 20.06.1987.. Before signing only they r telling they have fixed it in mirror… I have not take the delivery today… Very irresponsible behaviour… Worst experience ever had in my life in buying a car… I will not. Suggest hyundai that too fpl

I am dr preethi g singamani. Booked a i20 with kodambakkam fpl. Was promised delivery on thursday. We opted friday. We were told at 5 pm that reg is yet to be done. Irresponsible attitude of the whole team headed by mr devarajan. There is not even a call from manager. Either close the whole deal. Or return my old vehicle or give its worth. Or else change the colour for me since i am concerned about my vehicle being used at the showroom (That was told by salesperson that if vehicle is at showroom, it will be opened for demos)
Am heavily stressed. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. More than the irresponsibility, it is the attitude of the people which is disgusting.

Sir,
I have purchased a new Hyundai Verna Auto SX+which I booked on last December 2018 and asked for a December variant but fplhyundai cheated me by giving an October variant with no push start button.The car was delivered on 18th January 2019 I refused to take the car and made a call to the general manager but he never responded to my call .The sales person promised me that they will provide compensation for their mistake but right from the next day of the delivery they never respond to my calls .

I own cars from Ford, Mahindra, Toyota but never faced such problems but FPL Hyundai has cheated me I had a bad taste on my tongue bcoz of Hyundai.

If they do not respond to my problem I would take legal action on them .
