My courier which was sent on 20th of august and was to travel only 35-40kms is still hanging without being delivered. The consignment number is A81864097. It was sent by me from Poonamallee to Guduvancherry. I have been calling around 5 to 6 telephone numbers but i haven't got a good reply yet. Instead they say it is my fault that i had not mentioned the from and to address correctly. I had mentioned both addresses with words 'from' and 'to' on top of both addresses. But still they say it is my fault. It is the seventh say and they are still not able to deliver my courier. But at the time of sending it they said it would take maximum of 24 hrs to reach the place. I had spent Rs20 for the courier and more than this i had spent around Rs50 for calling the numbers iam going to mention below. Every person i call gives me a new number and it goes on but still i dont get any solution and some numbers they give are never picked up. Today even a person was not ready to speak to me and he switched off his mobile. This is how a consumer is treated. His number is [protected]. Please find me a remedy.

FRENCH EXPRESS COURIER is WORST.. documents sent from chennai
dt 22/10/2008 have not received pune till today 15/11/2008.. is pune
in another planet..?? the FRENCH EXPRESS is not worth it… USE IT

I was sent documents from IDBI Bank agent, Bangalore (Local courier) to my office address. My shipment no. is i21950948, but its missing. When IDBI agent (who has sent me document) enquired courier guys are saying its delivered. But I didnt got any courier. I called to their head office they gave me some different office number and no body is responding. No body is picking phone.

This is pathetic, bull-… If they cant service properly within bangalore local, whats the point in starting this service…

Can somebody help me get my missing documents/courier…

I am Raja Palanisamy. I sent courier through french express courier services On 16.02.2009. Till today(19.02.2009) the courier has not been delivered to the concerned person. If I contact them for the status of the courier. They are ill treating behaving very worstly. I contact chennai branch and also salem branch offices. My Courier number is A90235507. I didnt saw such a irresponsible courier service. Government should take action on the respective persons.

My relative Mr. Ilangovan sent me a courier by French express courier on 04/03/09 (courier receipt number: *a89661763*a) from Chennai-10 to Powai, Mumbai-400076. Even after 5 days, I have not received my courier still. Only my relative and myself know the value of that courier and how much it is affecting my education. The loss can not be compensated, they should know why we prefer courier instead of post office. severe action should be taken, i should receive my courier soon.

Dear All,

One document was send from Noida on 05.04.10 to Chennai, still ididnt received. The document was reached to chennai Franch express office on 07.04.10 but they not delivered still 12.04.10. Very poor customer service. They not pickupping the calls. One of the most worst service i faced in my life time. That document is very urgent one. Due to this i got a bad opinion with my boss.

The service of this Courier company is not at all professional. While delivering a courier if the door is locked, there should be a slip left to call back or the customer should be intimated that the courier is with them. More often the customer comes to know of the courier only when it is returned to the sender.

Intimation should be made mandatory, as the documents that they are delaing with are very important like Cheque books and the like.

An appeal to ICICI to stop alliance with this courierr service for cheque book deliveries.

Sir,
One of my distributor from Madurai sent me a envelope vide Way Bill No. 010198 dated 27.04.2010 through Franch Express Courier in my favour, care of my office address. On 28th evening the delivery man came from Tambaram Franch Express Copurier to our office and I signed the necessary papers for taking delivery of the envelope but the delivery man asked for office seal but I informed that it is in my personal name thus it not required office seal immediately he asked to show the ID Card, infact my phone number is also mentioned on the envelope so that he can confirm the idendity through phone, at that time I dont have ID Card with me, he immediately snatchedd the envelope from my hand and fled away from the premises without hearing my request to bring the cover next day so that I can bring the ID card if it is mandatory. But till today the cover is not delivered to me as I have to take delivery materials from transport. Being one of the director in a private company it was great insult on me kindly take necessary action in this matter.
