A payment of $14.95 was taken from my bank account but no good or service was provided. I would like the money returned and my card removed. I had ordered 2 items from this site at $4.95. Finally received it over a month later, then this week i have a unauthorized charge of $14.95. This needs to be resolved as i did not make that purchase for $14.95, nor was i informed that there would be a amount taken from my banking account after the purchase was finalized for the initial purchase.
