Was charged 14.95 through my debit card yesterday that was not authorized. I did not make a purchase. I want a refund and my card number deleted from file.
I made a purchase for roughly $5 about a month ago hence my card being on file but never agreed for my card to be charged for any other reasons. This is not an authorized transaction. I am a single mom with 2 children on a budget. I need that money and no further charges.
