I have purchased Ford Fiesta ZXi Petrol Version during September 2009 at MPL Ford Chennai. After a week of purchase i noticed that the plastic parts used on the outer side of the vehicle are neither bad with lot of scratches not it was looking a little faded. When i took it to service centre in velachery, they said they will look in to it during 1st service stage. During service they had managed to polish the plastic parts (mirror holders, door glass strips and bottom plastic parts) and within 2 days the parts started looking faddy. Now it has become very worse were the parts gets faded very fast and when i left it for 2nd service they said they will look in to it. Now when i take the vehicle they say that i should send mail to Ford and get approval and then only they can change it (provided if ford permits). I spoke to ford customer care but no reply from them. Moreover during both service i found out lot of small and deep scratches on the body. I use the car only on weekends and i had run only 2,400 kms. During 2nd service they forced me to pay for oil and oil filter changes (they said that its ford warranty policy).
