I have been facing many problems with the car and have sent the car to cargo ford 4 times in last 5 weeks, everytime the service center "okeys" the car and then again the same or related problem occours in the car.
The service shop refuses to give me numbers of their directors and do not do their job well.
I am very unhappy with the dealership and ford as a brand.
Please intervene in this matter and resolve my problems.
