We took our dad to fortis hospital in rajajinagar bangalore on 28.2.18 @ 10.00 pm due to constipation issue.in causality duty doctor examined casually and told he will be fine you can take him back home.
But we were knowing his condition was not good to take back home and we informed the duty doctor to get admitted him for a day and later we admitted our dad.
He was there for 6 days and the treatment given was not upto the mark and constipation issue was not sloved. He was discharged on 05.03.18 @5.30pm along with the constipation problem he got discharged with heavy cough. Even after being there for 6 days he was not recovered and his condition became worse after discharge.
Secondly the bill they raised was very shocking for us it was rs 76500/- for constipation issue which the patient was not cured/got well. The charges they have billed for each category was very high.
We were in the good opinion on fortis hospital, but we and my dad was very disappointed with the treatment and improper facility in the fortis rajajinagar hospital. No proper ventilation in rooms, congestion, no male ward boys, no proper parking area etc..
Infact after discharge we had complained about the treatment to the management and informed them to visit our home to see the patient condition after discharge. The treated doctor visited our home and he saw the patient condition and apologized us for the inconvenience caused.
So we informed the management to give us some compensation or discount on the billed amount, but they are not ready to give.
In this regard we request you help in resolving this issue by getting us some compensation from our billed amount.
