I, an opd patient of fortis hospital (Fortis fit ranjan shall hospital, sector b, pocket 1, aruna asaf ali marg, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070) have been forced to pay rs 900 for a follow-up consultation on 30th october 2017 where it should have been waived as it is well within my rights as i paid rs 900 on 23rd october 2017. My eye surgeon dr jyoti puri and her key admin staff member kavita did confirm that patient is eligible for one free follow up consultation within next seven days of the first visit.
