Hi,
I had visited this hospital in last week of Feb 2015, had common flu symptoms, they told me to get H1N1 test, I paid Rs.400 consulattion fee + Rs.2700 as H1N1 test fee, after 3 days they said the sample which they had collected was somehow not correctly done by the nurse. So the Test was cancelled . They are yet to refund my money . Its been almost 2 months, everytime I call them they keep on saying that 'we will refund money ASAP' . Please escalate this matter to higher authority .
This is really NOT ACCEPTABLE ! Being so careless in collecting the sample from patient.
