I went to Fortis Healthworld (St John's road, opp RBANMS Ground) in Bangalore on Jan-16-2016 with Doctors prescription for daughter's medicine. But the salesperson/CSR sold me incorrect medicine than what was written on the doctor's prescription. This is very issue as my daughter is just 2 years old and it could have been a very serious problem if we had given incorrect medicine. So I would urge the company to sack/remove from job the two people who sold me incorrect medicine. The two people are Chandrashekhar T and Rangaraju HR.
If the action is not taken against these then I would have to approach consumer court against the company
