I want to complaint against fortis hospital, vasant kunj, new delhi, where they have charged 10, 000 from my credit card, in the month of sep'17, saying we have availed thier services.
But as the reality says, we have not visited this hospital in the entire year.
I was admit in the same hospital in dec'16, (Maternity), but after that never ever visited the hospital again.
I took up the case with rbl bank as well, whose credit card was charged incorrectly, but after investigation bank confirms as it is a valid charge as pin was used while doing the teansaction.
Now its been 4 months, but still i am not able to get my money back, we visted the hospital as well, asking to provide deatils for 10, 000 amount charged at their end, as per them they don't have any details, but as per letter received from bank – hospital staff (Rajinder rawat, account team) has confirmed as services availed by us.
Kindly help in resolving the issue and getting my money back.
