[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — unavailability of room for swine flu patient and not responding to calls

I am asking for admission of a swine flu patient mrs. Asha prasad facing breathing problem since morningbin fortis noida. Ms. Ritu malhotra asked me to fill the form and told me that she would get a room available in 3 to 4 hours. As expected she didn't call and when i called her she told me to wait till evening. Then she stopped picking up my call. A person who is infected with swine flu, if her situation worsens, will your hospital take its responsibility? I have never experienced such poor services from other private hospital. I am planning to forward this complaint to consumer forum because of sheer negligence from your side.
