[Resolved] Fortis Hospital — mediclaim rejected due to wrong prescription given by mr. rajen doshi

Dear neha,

Please be note that as per instruction of dr. Rajen doshi my son ved was admitted in the year 2017, we have paid the hospitalization bill in cash at the time of discharge and we processed the same through reimbursement.

After submission of necessary documents to ericson tpa, they raised some query (Enclosed letter) against documentation part. For the same purpose i concerned with dr rajen and he has issued the prescription letter (Enclosed) to us and same has been submitted to tpa but the claim got rejected due to following reason. Refer the below print screen. Fortis is really doing the fraud with the customer while charging the very high amount indoor charges like dietitian, non medical charges, doctor fee etc and it is not affordable to everyone that’s the reason we prefer the claimed but that also useless to us.

Kindly give the clarification of this case we are really loose the loss of around 30, 000, we want the settlement for the same.
