I had a very bad experience with this kodambakkam hyundai showroom. I visited the showroom on saturday 04/13/19 and booked a hyundai creta on sunday 04/14/19. Paid 5000 as advance. Due to personal reasons, i've decided to cancel the booking after 4 days. Sales consultant premnath hasn't informed anything about cancelation policies when i paid the amount.
As i booked the car on sunday, he pushed me to sign the documents without even letting me to read it completely. When i informed that i want to cancel the booking, he said he'll take to the manager and get back to me. He called me and said that they'll be charging 3000 as a cancellation fee.
Then i went in person to the showroom and requested to waiver the cancellation fee. They asked me to send an email to the head with reason then they'll get it approved from headquarters. But after 2 days when i call them, they forgot to send those docs to ambattur. After an hour, he called me and said that they haven't approved your request. I don't know how did they check it up within an hour, which they can't do it in past two days.
Before the booking, sales consultant premnath was so polite and gentle in explaining the details, but hiding few things, which made me visit the showroom multiple times and wasting my time and energy. I don't know where it's going to end up. Tomorrow i am going to talk to the general manager. Really frustrated with these kind of people! 😡
