I have given my car for service to fpl hyundai service centre on 14/11/2019 for regular service stating a complaint that my car steering wheel was misaligned while drive when i had to cross a pit hole in the road.
After taking the vehicle for service fpl replied that the gear box has been damaged. I request fpl to process the same on insurance, since the damage occurred due to accident and vehicle is quite new about 2 years old and with less than 25000km run.
However fpl has delayed the issue for more than one month and yet to resolve the issue with the insurance company and i am facing lot of trouble without car for my use.
Even after continuous follow up fpl is lethargic in its approach and it has been more than 1 month since i have given the vehicle for service.
Request fpl top management to take this issue as serious and solve it on urgent basis
