On 3rd october 2018, we make a booking from attur to maduravoyal.
While booking, we have checked when it will be delivered to the destination, they said it will be reached on 4th october 2018. So we have mentioned the available address.
Now its 5th october 2018, currently we are not available in that address.
So i requested them to provide in my hostel address (Which is in same area, courier address mentioned as 8th st but i request to deliver in 1st st), they said it is not possible then i requested them to tell the exact time to receive the parcel. They gave a executive number i was trying him for a long but his number is not reachable.
Really very worst experience, hereafter we wont prefer any booking from your end.
