I purchased an product in online, it has to be delivered to me in 28th october. When the parcel arrived, i have a call from courier office but unfortunately i didn't know and i didn't pick the call.. I don't aware that the parcel is actually in courier office… Finally the returned the parcel on 3rd november because of no response from my side… I contacted my dealer about the parcel, they asked me to check the tracking id.. But the tracking id shows that the product is delivered.. Then i contacted the courier office about the parcel they said the parcel is returned.. Actually the product is from surat.. I contacted my dealer about the parcel they said the parcel is not recieved in surat. I already complained so many times in courier office but they didn't response anything to me. So only i'm mailing you.. Now the product is missed by the courier office fault. I asked the dealer so many times but they always finish their conversation with tracking id shows delivered, we can't do anything about it.. Now please give me the full detail about the parcel where it actually delivered and who signs it to get that parcel… Please provide me the details i needed.. It's my only hope to recover my parcel.. Thank you.
