I am from coimbatore. One of my supplier sent a parcel from north india on 10th june 2017. It is not reached yet. I tried to track online. It was saying in transit. Then after few days it said address not clear! How come this is possible. When i send details to supplier i sent my address clearly. If the address is not clear the delivery man has to call me via mobile and ask for address. I am unable to move outside home. Just waiting at home to receive. And today morning, it shows it is in-transit to chennai hub due to non-delivery.. Oh god!!! What a worst service network!! For all these days, i tried so many mobile numbers to reach them. Lan lines are there and it says switched off. And mobile numbers are there. It rings. No one picks!! I tried to call customer care. No mobile numbers are there. But email ids are there and when i sent email, it says mail delivery failed. I do not know how people will trust this company?!! First and foremost request.. Kindly updated your website with current phone numbers. Attend calls!!!
