I have sent a important courier to my friend from chennai to bangalore. Till now the courier is not reached my friend, even though i have provided one of the most know it tech park as the address. They have updated as company shifted. When i tried to call the customer care number which is available in the website it is not reachable. And some how i contacted one number and checked with them they are saying that they did not receive the courier.
This is the very worst service i have faced in my life.
