I have sent a courier from mangalore on 28.12.2018 to tumkur. The courier contains birthday gits to the receiver. Before sending the courier i have checked with the mangalore office and they told it will be delivered in the next day so that the courier will be received before the birthday. I was tracking the courier and in the internet it showed that material reached tumkur which is the destination on 29.12.2018. I have tried to contact the courier service and sent emails to them to deliver without any delay. But till today (01.01.2019) the courier has not been delivered. When i contacted the office or customer care number they told its holiday for them and they are least bothered. The lady who received the call told me that she don't bother for any complaints.in my life time i made several couriers and this is the worst courier. No commitments, no contacts, no proper emails response. My courier awb is [protected].
