Dear sir /mam
I am mansi from jalandhar cantt and i belong to a middle class family. Few days later, i get a call from your institute regaring attending a seminar. So, me and my sister went to attend the seminar and futher i fell good after attending a seminar so i decide to take a admission in the course of cabin crew due to some circumstances my parents are unable to deposit my further fee because my metrnal uncle is unwell and only parents are the once who support them in their crictical situation.
Further, on 28th july, saturday i deposited my registration fee which is 15000 moreover they can not give me any kind of bill or receipt of rs. 15000 but i have a proof of this payment because i deposited it with my card
On the 29th july sunday me and my father went to the office for further process of depositing fee and we deposit it to (Mrs gagandeep kaur who is the head of the institute in jalandhar) and on that day they get some signature of mine on some legal documents and they can not give time to me to read out that documents
On 30th july monday my father had a call from my maternal aunty regarding my uncle because he is unwell and after that call me and my sister went back to office to request gagandeep kaur man to refundable my fee but they does not refund it and now my father went to office 2-3 times but they can not take any action and said us to that they can not refund are fee. The receipt of terms and conditions they give us later after all process.
So mam/sir i kindly request you to take any strict action regarding this
