FreeCharge acting in a totally arbitrary manner has blocked my account which contained my debit card details and also a sum of RS. 214 was there in my wallet. Despite sending them a lot of mails, I was only getting the same set of their computer generated replies, which made the purpose for which their customer care existed as redundant. I even asked them to cite me the reasons for which my account was blocked but it all fell to their deaf ears. Even the customer service number that these people have provided is always busy.
