Hello sir/mam
I have paid electricity bill from my free charge account the bill is of 1991 and it deducted the Amt from my bank thrice and bill yet not paid and not refunded even I got a msg that they will refund my money back in 4-7 days the transaction is on 21 Jan 2017 is done and today is 26 January initially it shows transaction fail but Today on 26 Jan it shows successfull how can same electricity bill twice show successful payment and today when I try to pay it it deduct amount but bill not paid no email confirmation is given about the success of the transaction my order ID is FCEA[protected], FCEA[protected], and and FCEA[protected] MY registered email I'd on free charge is palak.[protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]
I try to contact on their support services but no reply
I hope you will resolve my problem as soon as possible
