I paid my gas bill using and payment was shown successful but I was later informed by the gas company that my bill is still unpaid and last date to pay also passed so I had to go and pay my bill physically and I mailed freecharge about this but they didn't respond and finally they responded after so many mails and posts on their twitter, Google plus account and they told me that they are looking into it…
Finally the told me to go to the gas company and show the transaction ID to them but app or website doesn't show where the money was paid without that they didn't consider it as proof so I asked them to give me receipt or at least details of the transaction but they did not give me any detail. They just said same thing again to go and talk to gas company. But it is necessary that they indicate where that money was paid and provide a receipt for that transaction. Now its been 3 months and I am running out of patience. This is very stressful. My details and complaint details are as follows.
