I was paying my electricity bill through freecharge. In the process my account got debited but status is transaction failed. Please look into the matter.
I have been writing mails since 4 feb and every time i get the same reply but the issue is not resolved.I have contacted my bank and they said there is no such refund processed.
I am highly dissatisfied with the service you are providing at the same time i am mentally harassed. Now if i didn`t get my refund i am surely gonna write a consumer complain`t regarding the same. I am tired of writing mails to you and not getting my problem solved.
