Hi i m arjun s kumaar (Arjun sparrow). I have booked four tickets on 2.2.17 and transaction went wrong but amount was deducted from my account. The amount which is deducted from my account is ₹1896.2. I got a message from freecharge that amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days. My order id is 13058792. But this is the 15th day but i havent got my refund amount. So kindly take immediate action and refund the amount as soon as possible.
