I have an account with you A/c No. [protected]. I hace done recharge on 2nd feb, 2017 from Freecharge THREE TIME of Rs.500/- from my bank account no.[protected], but it was unsuccessful. For the same i dropped the mail to the freecharge customer care. From them i got refund Rs.1000/- and remaining Rs.500 they are saying we have not received the amount, kindly contact your branch. For your reference i am attching here my bank statement.
kindly resovle it and confirm. I am not able to contact you.
