I made a mobile recharge using Freecharge on May 4 2019 from Indian Bank Debit card. But the transaction was cancelled and not yet refunded to my account. I mailed to the Freecharge customer care and they told that the amount has been refunded from their part. I also contacted the Indian Bank customer care but they told that it has not refunded int your account. And I called the Freecharge customer care and they informed that the payment of Rs.419.00 against order ID FCVA[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 04-May-2019.
We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded.
Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below given details.
