I have paid bill of Rs. 467 but due to transaction failure the amount has been deducted but refund for the same is not credited by them. I already have mailed many times and every time in reply they sent me only reference no. And told me that your refund has been initiated. It ll take 5-7 days but i made payment on 5/2/17.
