My wife have account registered with the given mobile number
[protected] presently she does not remember the registered email id.
Before some days I have sent 1000 in her freecharge account for bill payment, but when she was tried a message show your freecharge account has been temporarily suspended due to security reason. I emailed to freecharge on [protected]@freecharge many times and ask them what document they required for unlock her account, but till date 28.01.2017 no positive reply received from freecharge side. I claiming for money after (Rs 1000/-). They just can not take money without giving service. In future i will not take any service from freecharge after this fraud…
where i have contacted many times but they not rolling back to normal state of my account!
I have money in my account but i can't access my account since many days passed but same message coming as "account suspended"
Immediately remove suspension.
