I had made a transaction of rs. 148. The money got deducted from my bank but the recharge was not initiated. Freecharge refunded the amount to the wallet. After a week i tried another transaction, the transaction failed stating that your payment has been denied. Even after repeatedly contacting customer support, there is no response from them. Today i tried another transaction of rs. 465 with the balance wallet money of rs. 148. Again the same thing repeated. The money got deducted from my bank account and the transaction failed. The wallet money is there but i am unable to use. The customer support if a big # they dont respond to the consumer complaints. I want my money back to my account immediately.
