After my long conversation with one of your agents on 20 august 2017, i was supposed to receive my refund which has been initiated but isn't reflected in my wallet yet.
It's not about money anymore. M, it is about commitment and trust i as a consumer had in you.
The agent said that money is reflected in my wallet and i would have to relogin my account and blah blah… But as you can see in snapshots it's still the same.
Is this your management?
Now i'm sick of it and i'll literally sue you in a week. If the issue is not resolved.
