My freecharge reg. Mob no. [protected]
My reg. Email id is [protected]@gmail.com. On 7 th december 2018 at about 11:30 pm i added 150 rs.in my wallet… A moment later when i was about to recharge my another mob. No. They signed out immediately and told me to login again… When i tried to login it showed account is disabled for security reasons.. Its my worth each penny… I contacted freecharge via mail as it foes not have a customer executive for any customer support… They were unable to provide me with any help… I read many reviews from different forums as many customers have lost a big sum on freecharge ewallet services… A big fraud gas been done with me… Please provide me with help so as i can atleast get my money back… And take required action against freecharge wallet… They dont have any right to disable a user account on the basis of their so called fraud type security reasons.
