I have been taking follow-ups with freecharge from last one month but unfortunately not able to find any solution after contacting [protected]@freecharge.com for multiple times (Ticket # 1265239) hence endup making online complaint.
Case: i have done online purchase from shoppers stop on 20-jan-17 but due to some issue transaction was not completed. Transaction was done using freecharge. (See attachment)
Shopper stop team said they have refunded amount in freecharge wallet.
