My money is not credited to the bank still since my withdrawal dated 14th February. Usually it takes 2 – 4 hours to know if the transaction is failed. I have checked my bank account many times and I haven't received the money. Can you add it back to my wallet so that I can purchase some item on snapdeal.

The transaction and my bank statement screenshot is attached for reference. Please dont delay adding back the money to my wallet if the transaction has failed. I havent received the amount to my Citi bank yet.

Can you send me your bank statement that the transaction has failed or passed so that I can corss check.
