[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — bill payment not completed. shows processing status for more than 10 days

I made a bill payment on freecharge on 4th Sept. Its more than 12 days now and order still shows status as processing. I raised a request to customer care but they are not responding properly. They say that order is complete but then why the status is not updated in my freecharge account? I have also not received the cashback promised for the same order as they are not updating status.
