I did recharge of rupees 50 on 31st Jan 2018, Wed, 11:39 PM . As i was doing my recharge I got the code of otp for payment and paid the money for the recharge, in second minute i found that money has been debited and recharge was unsuccessful, I got message that I will get my money back within 5-7 days, but I did not get it back. I want my money back as soon as possible. I have faced this in freecharge only, I never faced this problem in Paytm. Do bother on my complaint.
