[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — electricity bill payment failed but money deducted from bank account.

I paid electricity bill on[protected] from freecharge with payment mode via upi from my sbi bank account but that transaction failed and money got deducted from my bank account and it's 6 days past but i haven't received any refund. Also i called my bank associate and told my problem but they informed me that payment mode was upi so this matter is under company's corporation. Hope so you will help me quickly and get my money back soon.
