[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — electricity bill payment failed

I have made electricity payment on[protected] for account number:[protected] using free charge website.
Bill amount rs.580.0.

But i have received last month remaining amount in latest electricity bill. I have attached screen shot for same.
Please look into the issue. Payment is done successfully using freecharge. Why the payment has not reached to electricity department? It is responsibility of free charge
