My freecharge account was credited with 804 from my card after adding money i wanted to pay the electricity bill through freecharge. The amount got debited from my freecharge account and the and the electricity bill payment still under processing

I should have received a cash back offer of rs 40/- also, this is probably the first time i have been experiencing such type of complaints with freecharge and i personally request the freecharge executives to make my transaction successful
