I saw a plan of rs. 2994 on freecharge for 12 months for my airtel digital tv. After i did the recharge, airtel did not considered it to be a valid amount as according to airtel, 12 month's subscription is of rs. 3466. They demanded the balance amount and also disconnected my connection for few hours until i recharged it with the balance amount. When i contacted freecharge customer care, i got the following copied and pasted response on my each email.
