I attempted to add rs 530 into my freecharge wallet today (8 april 19) in connection with some bill payment. The money was debited from my bank account but could not be added into the freecharge wallet due to a technical failure in freecharge's payment gateway system. Money is paid online/wallet in order to make things simple and not for incurring losses/ complications. Pl refund my money and there are repeated instances of payment failure in the payment gateway of freecharge.
