I placed an order of jio recharge (Mobile internet – 4g) account but due to some reason, it is still showing me that request is under processing but money has been deducted from my account. It has been more than 7 hours and i still did not receive my refund even after sending mail to the customer care…

Please do the needful… I am not able to recharge to the account due to the fear of 2 time recharge (I may loose 500 rs more…) since no confirmation from freecharge.in!
