I am not able to add money in my freecharge wallet, customer care is reverting on mail that account is specious.
I had done all valid transaction till date. If company found any issue in transactions let me know what is issue.
Kindly confirm me that freecharge wallet will work or not? Because since last 7 days i am getting excuses from your team that it is technical issue etc.
If you are not able to provide service, please let me know i should close my freecharge wallet and start using paytm or phonepe an trust worthy wallets.
