I made a payment to freecharge on 23rd February amounting to 346 rupees. it was debited, but transaction was unsuccessful. i have not received the refund yet. i have been continuously contacting them, but in vain. pls help me.
They claim that refund was processed on 24th feb. i have been mailing them continuously regarding the same. their responses were cold and useless. I am student. I don't earn much. I made a poor decision o[censored]sing freecharge. this has been taking most of my time for the past month. Even the RRN number they gave me is fake. What do i do? Who do I go to??? pls pls help me.
