[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Not refunding the amount to its source card

I added 17000rs from a customer without knowing the 45 days hold, hence I wasn't able to withdraw it to my bank.
I needed to return this amount to the customer's card so that he can pay me in cash.
Now FreeCharge customer service is disappointing me with the same reply to me to wait for 45 days.
In every email they are misguiding me.
Please help.
