I have complained many time about my incompleted transaction.my FreeCharge account does not shows november 2016 transaction, but I did three transaction in November 2016.my transaction I'd is FCVA[protected].This transaction is of ₹160.My SBI account is deducted with ₹160 and is pending for recharge till now.plz help me .
