Dear Sir/ madam,

As per the above mentioned, I would like to inform you that the failed transaction to add money in freerecharge wallet associated with the mail id ([protected]@yahoo.in) on 3rd February'17 of Rs. 876/- has not been updated yet in my axis bank account after 7 working days (Transaction description-INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN) PRN- OC12750565981486094313206.

As the amount deducted from my account has not been credited yet, I would request you to kindly do the necessary actions to sort out this issue and please let me know in case of any details required.
