I made a transaction through FreeCharge and was failed but the money was debited from my bank I made a complain in the bank they it's not our issues and after that so many days later I contact FreeCharge through mail and they asked submit transaction details in a PDF format. I have submitted it and after that they asked full transaction details till date I have submitted that details also in a PDF format and after that they send message that we are not able to check send special transaction the PDF of what I have send was very clear
