[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Refund done only for one failed transaction out of three failed transactions

I had tried to pay my Reliance electricity bill amounting to Rs.1640 through the freecharge app three times (twice on 29th Jan- FCEA[protected] & FCEA[protected] and once on 31st Jan 2017-FCEA[protected]) but the transaction failed all three times and money was withdrawn from my account all three times.They send me an sms saying that the money would be refunded within 4-7 working days.After waiting for about 8 days I sent them an email and they told me that it auto refund is initiated and this process should take 5-7 bank working days.Then I waited another week and found that they still didn't refund my money into my Account.So I sent them another email and they replied and told me send my recently updated bank statement which I did.Then they told me to send the statement in PDF format and highlight the missing transaction which I did.Then after sending them multiple emails, the latest being on 17th Feb they refunded the amount of one failed transaction I.e Rs.1640 and failed to refund the amount of the remaining two failed transactions I.e Rs.1640 and Rs.1640.

They don't even have a working phone number I can call.They only deal with emails.

I request you to please intervene in this matter on my behalf and ensure that I get the refund from the remaining two failed transactions as soon as possible as I am fed up of dealing with these people.
